Primary Support Reason for clients who have regular and problematic intoxication through excessive consumption of and / or dependence on psychoactive substances. It includes the use of both legal and illegal drugs and includes alcohol. Examples of the types of services offered for substance misuse include: -Community drug & alcohol services - Rehabilitation - Harm reduction interventions
