Outcome is used in three different ways
- as the end result of a process (see also Event Outcome)
- as a measure of eligibility for care and support (see Eligibility Outcome)
- as a positive change in someone's life, an aim or objective they would like to achieve or need to happen (see also Desired Outcomes)
