There are many different types of standards, including technical standards and professional standards. An example of technical standards is FHIR such as the Assessment, Discharge and Withdrawal Notices Standard. The Professional Records Standards Body (PRSB) have many examples of professional standards that relate to the requirements of citizens and those who work in health and social care.
