Summary Care Records (SCR) are electronic records, created from GP medical records. They can be seen and used by authorised staff in other areas of the health and care system involved in the person's direct care. Content includes medications, allergies, and adverse reactions. Many SCRs now incorporate Additional Information. Mobile SCRs are increasingly being used and are being piloted in Care Homes.
