Vulnerability means a situation where a resident or household faces barriers to accessing our housing and property service, which could lead to disadvantage. Vulnerability may not be a fixed state. Through collaboration and inclusion, we aim to reduce vulnerability and enable residents to thrive in a safe, supportive, and resilient housing community. Vulnerability is understood relationally, recognising the strengths, resilience, and potential within every person.
