This is the first day of the reporting period which covers the data within a submission. The Collection schedule section gives details of the reporting periods that should be used. For Local authorities making their first submission in July 2023, the reporting period start date will be 01/04/2023. Data type: dd/mm/yyyy (no time stamp)
